Air Ele Qustion - Guild Wars Forums

I have just recently started my Air ele.. I chose mesmer as my second profession. I have heard of a thing called "spikers" that are good for PvP but i dont know how to make one... I dont know what skills to use or if i need energy storage.. Can someone please help me with this. If you can give me a skill bar and what to do for attributes
